How an engagement works

We confirm whether the engagement is appropriate, outline the scope of work, and provide a fee estimate — usually within 24–48 hours.
Floor plan, facing direction compass reading, and construction date. For BaZi: date, time, and location of birth. Remote audits conducted using satellite imagery and submitted floor plans.
The natal chart of the property is plotted and current period overlays applied. Written report with specific sector-by-sector findings and actionable recommendations.
A follow-up call or text exchange to walk through findings, clarify recommendations, and answer questions. Annual review available as elemental cycles shift.
